講座摘要：This study surveys the “hybrid” and “asset bundling” views of equity joint ventures (EJVs) in transaction cost economics (TCE) and then compares and contrasts their apparently conflicting predictions on the formation of EJVs. Using a sample of 2,958 inter-firm exchanges (contracts, EJVs, and mergers & acquisitions) formed among U.S public firms from 1994 to 2013, this study examines the relationship between the attributes of the assets from both exchange partners and their choice of EJVs. The empirical results shed light on the validity of those two perspectives and suggest that an integration of them will provide a more complete explanation of exchange mode within the TCE framework.
個(gè)人簡介：程政，美國威斯康星大學(xué)密爾沃基分校(UWM)商學(xué)院助理教授。2009年本科畢業(yè)于武漢大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院。于2009-2012年就讀于蘭州大學(xué)管理學(xué)院，獲得管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。2016年獲得美國堪薩斯大學(xué)管理學(xué)(戰(zhàn)略管理)博士學(xué)位。主要從事高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)(Top Management Team)，公司治理(Corporate Governance), 和交易成本經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)(Transaction Cost Economics)等方面的研究。在美國講授過戰(zhàn)略管理，國際商務(wù)，和跨文化交流本科生課程。
